Midday spike on the US dollar during the US stock market hours

During the midday the stock market boards were beginning to head up, but that was the first peak on the US dollar climbing.      The next one was around 2:45 pm EST when the dollar was moving up again and sending the stock market board in decline.    It was hard for the stocks to rally to gain back on today before the closing bell 5/25/21.      Here is an article on the performance on today's stock market: S & P 500 erases gains and ends day slightly lower.       Here are the stock futures going into Wednesday morning 5/26/21: DOW is up by $83.00, the S & P 500 is up by $12.00 and the NADSAQ is up by $57.50 at 5:26 pm PST.        With the dollar reopening going into Wednesday morning it has been highest of $89.71 and the lowest of $89.65, right now it is at $89.66 at 5:28 pm PST.     The US dollar is still showing signs of being weak with both the negative red line and the positive blue line falling together on the MACDs.      Today the negative red line was at -.38, the positive blue line at -.42 with the history line at -.04.    My stock investment today was effected by the performance of the stock market boards and loss $50.23.     Here is another update on the stock futures: DOW is up by $79.00, the S & P 500 is up by $12.25 and the NASDAQ is up by $54.25, the US dollar is still at $89.66 at 5:42 pm PST.
